The unbeaten ‘Hawks welcome the Vikings to Seattle as they aim to go 5-0 for the first time in franchise history.

Let’s start with the Seahawks who have been rolling this season and the decision to “Let Russ Cook” appears to have been a wise one as Russell Wilson is looking like the run away League MVP and has 16 TD passes against just 2 INT’s through 4 games and I’m sure he’ll be excited at the prospect of facing this Viking pass D which has been suspect to say the least so far this year. On Defense they’ve been much maligned this year against the pass and although they have given up more yards than anyone else in the league through the air they’ve also faced a lot of pass attempts because they’ve been able to build big leads so although the pass D certainly isn’t perfect it’s also not as awful as it has been made out to be and they’re one of the leagues premier run stuffing units ranking 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards allowed…

Which will be tested by Dalvin Cook (if fit) as he’s coming off a huge performance against the Houston Texans where he rushed for 130 yards and 2 TD’s, he’ll have to be at his very best to have a repeat performance here. Kirk Cousins improved majorly last week throwing for 260 yards and a TD and his improvement seems to have coincided with with breakout of rookie Justin Jefferson who has back to back 100 plus yard games and both should expect more success in this one but the problem is going to be this Viking pass Defense trying to stop this ridiculously talented Seahawk air attack and I very much doubt they’ll be able to stop them.

I like the Seahawks here, I don’t think I’d take anyone outside of the Kansas City Chiefs to beat them at home and I definitely don’t see Kirk Cousins being able to keep up with Russell Wilson in the point scoring department.. or any other department for that matter.

In 5 previous games against the Vikings Russell Wilson is unbeaten and have won every single one by no less than 10 points.
