Once upon a time this was the biggest matchup in the AFC but with the Patriots struggles recently this is looking more and more like a gimme for the Ravens. New England made hard work of the winless New York Jets on Monday night needing a late FG and some questionable Joe Flacco decisions in the 4th quarter to get the win whilst the Ravens saw off a very competitive Colts side keeping them to only 10 points.
Although the Patriots should match up well on Defense against the pass I can’t see them handling this Ravens rush attack which is the best in football whilst the Patriots haven’t been able to stop anyone running on them all season and they’re not going to start here.
Lamar Jackson ran all over the Patriots in their last meeting and I don’t see this porous run defense stopping him here either. Jackson had 2 rush TD’s in his only matchup against the Patriots and at 7/1 he’s a big price to do it again here.
