This could get messy… The winless Jets head to La La Land to take on the NFC West leading Rams who after beating up the Patriots on last Thursday Night have had 10 days to prepare to face a side they probably wouldn’t 10 hours worth of practice time to beat.

The Jets were smacked 40-3 by the Seattle Seahawks last week as Sam Darnold once again failed to throw for a TD, that makes it 5 of his last 6 outings that he’s failed to throw for a score, and has 5 TD passes and 9 INT’s this season, I think it’s fair to say that his time in green is coming to an end and he’s been outplayed by his backup, Joe Flacco this season. The Defense can hold its own against the run but are disastrous against the pass and struggle to stop anybody with Marcus Maye being the only secondary player on this side who doesn’t have to hang his head in shame.

The Rams ran all over the Patriots last Thursday night with rookie Cam Akers carrying the rock for over 170 yards in their comfortable 24-3 win. The Defense is one of the best in football, the best for my money, they play the run and the pass equally well and I doubt the Jets give them any trouble today.

The Jets aren’t winning this game, they’re going 0-16. This Rams side is good, very good.. maybe Super Bowl winning good and they’re not going to trip up here.

For my best bet I’m going on more of a gut feel than anything statistical and I like Cooper Kupp’s chances of getting himself into the End Zone today against this poor Jets secondary.

BEST BET: Cooper Kupp Anytime TD – 6/5 with SkyBet. 0.5 point bet.
