How about Justin Herbert, man?! The rookie finally got the win his performances have more than deserved and he carved up the Jacksonville Jaguars with over 400 total yards and 4 total TD’s and whilst the Charger Defense is an inconsistent unit he has been able to keep them in games even without what would be his primary RB Austin Ekeler. I’m looking forward to seeing how the rookie handles the altitude in Denver as well as a Vic Fangio called Defense, if he can negate both of those things and look like the same guy we’ve seen so far this season I’ll be very impressed.

The Broncos were blown out of the water by the Chiefs last week and are a ball club battling against not only injuries but also sub-par QB play. Drew Lock is struggling and now has back to back 0 TD, 2 INT games and might be looking over his shoulder if he posts another one here. The Defense is talented but has struggled with injuries this season and really miss the pass rushing capabilities of the injured Von Miller.

I’m going to take the Chargers here, I just think they’re the better side here. A couple of bets that caught my eye are Keenan Allen over 6.5 receptions and Melvin Gordon over 47.5 yards. Allen has been the featured Receiver since Justin Herbert has taken over the Offense and since then has only one game with less than 7 receptions (vs New Orleans. Allen caught 2 passes early before missing the rest of the game injured) and Melvin Gordon playing against his former side for the first time and the line is confusing to me, this Chargers side have just given up nearly 120 yards on the ground to James Robinson and the Jaguars so it’s not as if they’re run stuffing studs and Gordon has gone over that number just once this season and in every other game has gone for well over 50 yards.

BEST BET: Melvin Gordon over 47.5 rushing yards – 5/6 with SkyBet. 2 point bet.

NEXT BEST: Keenan Allen over 6.5 receptions – 11/10 with SkyBet. 1 point bet.
