Two playoff hunting teams in the AFC coming off tough conference losses square off here. The Ravens will not only be looking to get back on track but also to avenge the loss they suffered at the hands of Derrick Henry and the Titans in last years playoffs, a game in which Henry ran for 195 yards as the Titans dominated, the Ravens were also dominated on the ground against the Patriots on SNF, giving up over 120 yards to Damien Harris as they were beaten soundly in the rain.

The Titans have had some extra time to prepare for this game as they last played opening up week 10 with TNF and despite holding a lead going into halftime were beaten convincingly in the second half by their divisional rival Colts. The Titans allowed the Colts to shut them out in the second half and stopping the run, which has been a problem for them all year was again here as they allowed nearly 6 YPC to Nyheim Hines who is primarily a receiving back.

I think this will be a close game, both sides can run the football and I expect that to be both sides game plan’s and whoever implements said game plan better should come out the winner here and I’d be apprehensive to give more than 3 points either way so the Titans at +5.5 points interests me.

Interestingly from a betting perspective Lamar Jackson has only hit over the 19.5 passing completions just twice this season and against a side I expect them to be able run the ball against I think he’ll be under that 20 number again here.
