NFC East battle live on Sky Sports as the 1-3 New York Football Giants travel to Jerry World to take on the 3-1 Dallas Cowboys who’re riding a 3 games winning after dropping a close one to the Bucs in Week 1.
The Giants got their first win of the season in an OT win over the Saints in Week 4. Daniel Jones was impressive once again and it was great to see Saquon Barkley start to look like his old self once again (even if it did cost my fantasy team the win!) and it couldn’t have come at a better time for the Giants as they prepare to face a red-hot Dallas side.
What a moment this will be for Dak Prescott. It was Week 5 last year against the Giants that he suffered that terrible injury that cost him the rest of the 2020 season. He made it back in time to start the 2021 season opener against the Bucs and has been in fantastic form through 4 games this year and leads arguably the best offense in all of football, they’re balanced, have a strong O-Line, can run the ball and have great receiving weapons. Add this to a limited but playmaking defense (Trevon Diggs is making a case for DPOY with 5 interceptions in 4 games) and you have a team that could go far in the postseason. As for this game, I’m liking Blake Jarwin’s chances of finding paydirt. The big TE has found himself playing second fiddle to Dalton Schultz so far this year but that could play into his favour here as the Giants have given up a TD to the backup or 3rd choice TE in all four of their games so far, and Jarwin is no stranger to finding the end zone against the Giants as he has scored 5TDs in 4 career games against them, pretty remarkable for a TE!
