The three win Eagles look to strengthen their grip atop the NFC East but will have to travel to New Jersey and take on the two win bottom dwellers of the division Giants.

Philly headed into their bye last week on the back of a two game winning streak which propelled them to the top of the division, included in this 2 game streak is the Eagles close 1 point win over the Giants in a game they really shouldn’t have won. For all the problems Philly have had so far they’re finally getting healthy with Miles Sanders expected back this week and the potential return of Alshon Jeffery for the first time this season could lead to an Offensive upturn and with a Defensive Line which are causing havoc for opposition QB’s posting 28 Sacks already this season and up against a guy in Daniel Jones who’s been Sacked for the same number already I don’t see the second year passer having much time to get the ball out in this one and with a near non existent running game it’ll be interesting to see how the Giants attack this Eagles Defense.

New York have been keeping games close recently, their last 6 games have been decided by a 1 score margin and their last 5 have been decided by 3 points or less which makes the Giants at +4.5 an eye opener of a line which I expected to be set at a point under that. The main reason they’ve been able to keep games close is similarly to the Eagles, their ability to get to the passer and that could be a way to victory here as no one has taken more Sacks this season than Carson Wentz so it could be a case of whichever line can protect their passer the best will get the win here.

I’m going to thread the needle here and take the Eagles to win this one but take the Giants and the points, the other line that interests me are the Travis Fulgham U/O yards and receptions, the line for this one is set at 4.5 receptions and 58.5 yards both of these numbers he’s gone over in each of his last 4 games but he did see a slight target drop last week and leads me to favour the yards total as even in the game he went under 59 yards he posted 57 yards from a season low 2 receptions.

BEST BET: Travis Fulgham over 58.5 receiving yards – 5/6 with SkyBet. 1 point bet.

NEXT BEST: NEW YORK GIANTS + 4.5 Match Points – 1/1 with SkyBet. 1 point bet.
