The 3-7-1 Philly Eagles travel to Title Town to take on the 8-3 NFC North leading Packers who’re fresh off putting a beating on Da Bears.

Aaron Rodgers diced up the Bears with 4 TD passes on their way to a 41-25 win over the Bears that was 41-10 heading into the fourth quarter in a game they were never in danger of losing. The Packers hasn’t had many problems putting points on the board all season with Aaron Rodgers only failing to throw for multiple TD’s in just one game and has thrown 33 TD’s against only 4 INT’s whilst Davante Adams has 11 TD’s in only 9 games this season and is staking his case to be the leagues best pass catcher. The defense on the other hand has been disappointing but held out until the game was won against the Bears and should be fine against an underwhelming Eagles offense.

The Eagles rely on their defense and especially their pass rush which ranks 2nd in the NFL in sacks to win games, if they can’t control the battle in the trenches and pressure the QB they know they can’t rely on their offense to win them games. Carson Wentz has been pretty awful all season and struggled again on MNF against the Seattle Seahawks who’re the worst ranked pass defense in all of football.

I’m taking the Packers here, there’s no chance I’m taking Carson Wentz over Aaron Rodgers in a game ever. As for my best bet I’m taking Davante Adams over 87.5 receiving yards. This seems like it could be a Adams game with him going over 88 receiving yards in 4 games already this season and with the Eagles just giving up 177 yards to DK Metcalf on Monday Night on 10 receptions they’re susceptible to giving up a big day to a top level pass catcher.

BEST BET: Davante Adams OVER 87.5 Receiving Yards – 5/6 with SkyBet. 0.5 point bet.
