GREEN BAY PACKERS @ SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

A great SNF matchup is in store for us here as the 2-0 Niners welcome Aaron Rodgers and his 1-1 Packers. Can the Niners stay unbeaten or will Rodgers get a statement win over a fellow NFC conference contender?

The Packers bounced back on MNF in Week 2 as they destroyed the Lions. Aaron Jones dominated the game with 4TDs, and the offense was back to its best with Rodgers, Adams & Jones all having great days. The defense stepped up in the 2nd half and, outside of Kevin King look like they could be a really strong unit. The addition of Randall Cobb to try and appease wantaway QB Rodgers has seen him become an important part of the offense. Cobb has 25+ receiving yards in both games so far this season making his U/O 17.5 receiving yards line extremely playable here.

The Niners won a low scorer over the Eagles in Week 2 to improve to 2-0 on the season. They’ve suffered a ton of injuries to the RB position so we should at least get a good look at rookie Trey Sermon, a guy we probably won’t get a good look at is sophomore receiver Brandon Aiyuk. The former first-round pick had an impressive end to the 2020 season but for some reason or another has found himself in coach Kyle Shanahan’s bad books. He only has 6 receiving yards on the season so his U/O 32.5 receiving yards looks like an easy under.

Spread: Niners -3.0

Total Match Points line: U/O 50.0

Game Prediction: Niners 27-21 Packers

Best Bet: Randall Cobb over 17.5 receiving yards & Brandon Aiyuk under 32.5 receiving yards @ 13/5 with Bet365 Bet Builder. [0.5]
