Battle to sit top of the NFC East after three weeks as the 1-1 Eagles travel to Jerry world to take on the 1-1 Cowboys.

Dallas were unlucky to fall short in Week 1 against the Bucs but showed their metal in a bounce back win over an impressive Chargers side last week. The Defense still leaves a lot to be desired but has improved from last season whilst the offense remains dangerous all the time Dak Prescott stays fit. The lack of Zeke Elliot in the passing game through two weeks has been something of a surprise though, the former first round pick has 2 receptions on 2 targets in both contests so far this season so is worth looking at with an U/O 2.5 receptions line, but you just feel it’s only a matter of time before they start using him more in that area of their offense.

The Eagles put up a fight in a low scoring loss to the 49ers last week but have certainly looked a lot better than many expected them to look in this early part of the year. On defense the play of Linebackers Alex Singleton & Eric Wilson has been impressive with both producing plenty of tackles. Singleton has 8+ combined Tackles & Assists in both games he’s played this year whilst Wilson has matched that number too. With their U/O numbers set at 7.5 & 6.5 respectively, I’m taking the over on both guys. Wilson has produced 7 or more T&A’s in 13 of his last 18 games whilst Singleton has hit 8 or more in 11 of his last 13! Including in back to back games against the Cowboys.

Spread: Eagles +3.5

Total Match Points line: U/O 51.5

Game Prediction: Cowboys 23-21 Eagles

Best Bet: Alex Singleton over 7.5 combined tackles & assists and Eric Wilson over 6.5 combined tackles & assists @ 11/4 with Bet365 Bet Builder. [0.5]
